"Drop Bush, Not Bombs" CD Compilation A project co-sponsored by YCLUSA and Rebel-Soul Music Outreach Program
April 1 through July 4, Rebel-Soul will be accepting music and cartoons for the CD tracks, cover and website. Song selection, mastering and duplication will happen in July. The CD will be released and promoted in early July.
"Drop Bush, Not Bombs" CD will be an anti-Bush rallying call for the 2004 elections. It can be played to reach out to the people of America with an on-beat and on-point message and help bring out the dump Bush vote.
The Rebel-Soul project grew out of voter registration and other traditional forms of outreach that are complemented by political music and culture. Efforts like these will help swing the swing states and help stomp in the stomp states and so will help decide the election.
Remember Florida? We are going up against some dirty Republicans with too much corporate power behind them.
The ultimate superpower is masses of people getting organized. For that to happen, to truly let the voice of the grassroots be heard in this election, culture must be a strong force.
Let's make it happen. Please support and spread the word
