Pay your Convention Registration fee online!

How much is the Convention fee?
The Convention fee for guests and delegates is $250 per person. It covers travel, hotel housing, and convention fees.

*We have a special rate of $25/day available only for guests (non YCL members) who live in New York City and want to check out the Convention for a day or two--this rate does NOT include housing at the hotel.

When is it due?
Please submit all payments no later than May 5th. We cannot guarantee housing in the Hotel after this date. NYC guests must also pay by this deadline.

Once I pay, does that mean I'm registered?
In addition to paying the fee, you must also submit a registration form--you can register online or download a form. Visit www.yclusa.org/convention/registration for either option. Registration at the door will be $300.

** Reminder for YCL members: In order to be a voting delegate, you must pay your 2006 dues. If you have not paid your dues you may do so at http://www.yclusa.org/dues or mail a check to the YCL National Office. Checks should be made out to YCLUSA.

What about housing and travel to New York?
The cost of travel to/from the Convention and housing at the hotel is included in the registration fee (Saturday and Sunday nights in a quadruple room—4 people/2 double beds. Friday night is included for delegates/guests traveling from out of town). Travel within NYC is not included.

After the YCL receives your registration, we will send you a travel/housing form (or you can fill one out online) for travel arrangements, roommate preference and the option of upgrading your room to a double or single for an additional fee. Room upgrades are not included in the Convention fee. Upgrade payments must be received by the same May 5th deadline.

   This option is ONLY for guests (non YCL members) from New York City who wish to participate on a daily basis--it will not include housing at the Hotel. New York City guests who wish to participate fully and stay at the hotel must pay the regular $250 registration fee, not the daily guest rate. New York City YCL members must register as delegates and pay the full registration fee. Out-of-town guests must pay the full registration fee.
